Smart Nanotechnologies for Multimodal Neuromodulation and Brain Interfacing

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Recent advances in smart nanotechnologies are expanding the toolbox for brain interfacing, from wireless neuromodulation and high‐resolution sensing to targeted delivery within the central nervous system. By combining responsive nanomaterials with bioinspired design, these platforms enable multimodal interactions with neurons and glia, while also ...

Low-dose high-resolution chest CT in adults with cystic fibrosis: intraindividual comparison between photon-counting and energy-integrating detector CT

open access: yesEuropean Radiology Experimental
Background Regular disease monitoring with low-dose high-resolution (LD-HR) computed tomography (CT) scans is necessary for the clinical management of people with cystic fibrosis (pwCF).

Ultra‐Radiostable Covalent Conformationally Interlocked Networks Enabling a Universal Radiometal‐Labeling Platform for Cancer Radioembolization

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Conjugated poly(imide dioxime)‐based microspheres establish a radiometal coordination‐driven conformational interlocked network with ultra‐high radiostability. This platform enables low‐temperature, multi‐radionuclide labeling for SPECT/PET/MRI imaging and radionuclide therapy. Mechanistic insights from EXAFS and DFT reveal enhanced stability, while in

Improvement of chest low-dose CT image quality with photon counting detector CT

open access: yesZhongguo linchuang yanjiu
Objective To compare the image quality of photon-counting detector CT (PCD-CT) images with that of conventional energy-integrating detector CT (EID-CT) images in chest low-dose CT (LDCT) imaging, and to investigate whether PCD-CT can achieve better ...

A Universal Protein Ladder for Standardization of Diverse FRET Assays

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Translating FRET measurements from in vitro to intracellular environments requires universal benchmarks. We present a modular protein ladder using TPR motifs to harmonize data across diverse platforms. This predictable calibration curve bridges single molecule FRET measurements, with cell based measurements including FLIM‐FRET.

Triple-source saddle-curve cone-beam photon counting CT image reconstruction: A simulation study

open access: yesZeitschrift für Medizinische Physik
Purpose: The most common detector material in the PC CT system, cannot achieve the best performance at a relatively higher photon flux rate. In the reconstruction view, the most commonly used filtered back projection, is not able to provide sufficient ...

Nanovesicles With Mechanically Induced Adjuvanticity for Robust Melanoma Vaccination Toward Tumor‐Associated Macrophages

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Rigidity‐tunable nanovesicle (P‐Pm) with mechanically induced adjuvanticity toward tumor‐associated macrophages (TAMs) was designed to engineer R848/gp100 antigen ‐loaded nanovaccine (P@Rg‐Pm), which achieved outstanding anti‐tumor outcomes in both therapeutic and preventive model of B16‐F10 melanoma.
