Exploring the Influence of Metal Incorporation and Porosity Optimization on the H2O2 Production Efficiency of Templated Poly(Heptazine Imides)

open access: yesChemCatChem, EarlyView.
A series of poly(heptazine imides) (PHI) with different metal cations (K, Ni, Co, Fe) were synthesized using a hard templating method with SBA‐15 as the template. The morphology, structure, and photophysical properties of the materials were significantly influenced by the incorporated metal species.

Tuning the Growth Pattern of Triangular Silver Nanoplates from Lateral to Vertical by Secondary Metal Addition

open access: yesChemPhysChem, Volume 26, Issue 6, March 15, 2025.
What happens, if in the synthesis of flat silver platelets, the slow deposition of silver along twinning faults is disturbed by the addition of a nobler metal? We have looked into it and found a way to fine‐tune the metal deposition in lateral and vertical direction.
