Despite its potential, photocatalysis is limited by inefficient charge carrier separation and transport. This article reviews the mechanisms, characterization methods, and strategies for improvement, concluding with future challenges in the field. ABSTRACT Photocatalysis offers a promising solution to environmental and renewable energy issues. However,

Two Genetic Effects at the IRF5/ TNPO3 Locus are Independently Associated with the Development of Specific Lupus Symptoms [PDF]
Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune disorder that can affect every tissue in the body. Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in the IRF5 and TNPO3 genes are statistically associated with the development of SLE.

Genetic epilepsies with myoclonic seizures: Mechanisms and syndromes
Abstract Genetic epilepsy with myoclonic seizures encompasses a heterogeneous spectrum of conditions, ranging from benign and self‐limiting forms to severe, progressive disorders. While their causes are diverse, a significant proportion stems from genetic abnormalities.
