Practical recommendations for seborrheic dermatitis management: An expert consensus

This modified Delphi study established expert consensus on Seborrheic Dermatitis management. Key findings prioritize combined topical antifungal and anti‐inflammatory therapy for both acute flares and long‐term maintenance. The consensus also provides a clear framework for escalating to systemic treatment in extensive or refractory cases.

International consensus on dose reduction of biologics for patients with psoriasis: The DR. Delphi study

Dermatologists worldwide reached consensus on criteria for dose reduction (DR) of biologics for psoriasis resulting in a DR algorithm for adalimumab, etanercept and ustekinumab. DR of IL‐17 and IL‐23 inhibitors was deemed feasible as well. This first international consensus provides essential information for uptake of biologic DR for psoriasis globally.

Durability of response to icotrokinra for high‐impact site psoriasis: 1‐year ICONIC‐TOTAL findings

Participants with at least moderate scalp, genital or hand/foot psoriasis receiving once‐daily oral icotrokinra achieved high, durable rates of overall and high‐impact site psoriasis clearance, showed substantial nail psoriasis improvement and exhibited no safety signals through 1 year, supporting icotrokinra use for long‐term management of high‐impact
