Manipulating Unisexual–Sexual Reproduction Transition to Engineer Genome‐Reconstructed Polyploids
This study developed an efficient approach to generate genome‐reconstructed polyploids involving unisexual gynogenetic Carassius gibelio, sexual C. auratus, and sexual C. cuvieri. The selected superior clone inherited gynogenesis ability of C. gibelio and herpesvirus resistance of wild C.

Genomic Insights into the Origin, High Fecundity and Environmental Adaptation of Hu Sheep
The Hu sheep diverged from the Small‐tailed Han sheep ≈1330 years ago, and subsequently migrated from northern to warm and humid southern regions. The genes BMPR1B, UNC5C, and GRID2 play a synergistic role in the superior reproductive traits of Hu sheep.

Peptide Hormone‐Mediated Regulation of Plant Development and Environmental Adaptability
In this review, recent advances in understanding the roles of plant peptide hormones in regulating growth, reproduction, and environmental adaptability are systematically summarized. It further elucidates the challenges in studying these peptides, such as their low abundance, functional redundancy, and complex signaling mechanisms, and highlights their

The limited understanding of IGFR pathway activation hinders its clinical application in HCC. Here, IGFRIL is identified as a novel non‐coding activator of the IGF1R, which recruits PTBP1 to destabilize IGFBP3 mRNA and activates IGF1R, and proposes IGFRIL as a novel actionable target for HCC patients.
