Advanced Science, EarlyView.Covalent organic framework (COF)‐reuterin induces trained immunity in tumor‐associated macrophages, promoting the generation of nitric oxide and reactive oxygen species, thereby enhancing the antitumor immune response. Additionally, COF‐Reuterin directly kills tumor cells while simultaneously eradicating pathogenic intratumoural bacteria.
