Structural and functional annotation of Physalis grisea and Physalis pruinosa
The genome sequences of P. grisea and P. pruinosa were annotated using GeMoMa based on protein sequences of closely related species with well annotated genome sequences. The functional annotation was predicted based on sequence similarity to well characterized Arabidopsis thaliana sequences.
