Entropy Approach to Modeling Information Security Systems and Processes

open access: yesБезопасность информационных технологий, 2011
One possible approach to modeling the information security processes through the use of physical analogy with the second thermodynamics law is discussed.

Ferroelectricity in Antiferromagnetic Wurtzite Nitrides

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
We establish MnSiN2${\rm MnSiN}_2$ and MnGeN2${\rm MnGeN}_2$ as aristotypes of a new multiferroic wurtzite family that simultaneously exhibits ferroelectricity and antiferromagnetism with altermagnetic spin splitting. By strategically substituting alkaline‐earth metals, we predict new materials with coexisting switchable polarization, spin texture, and

From Food to Power: Hydrogel Thermoelectrics for Ingestible Electronics

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
We introduce a fully edible thermoelectric–electrochromic platform that harvests heat from food and converts it into a visible color change. N‐type and p‐type hydrogel thermoelectric generators connected in series power anthocyanin‐based electrochromic displays, demonstrating the feasibility of safe, biodegradable, ingestible systems for on‐food ...

Optoelectronic Synaptic Devices Using Molecular Telluride Phase‐Change Inks for Three‐Factor Learning

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Optoelectronic synaptic devices based on solution‐processed molecular telluride GST‐225 phase‐change inks are demonstrated for three‐factor learning. A global optical signal broadcast through a silicon waveguide induces non‐volatile conductance updates exclusively in locally electrically flagged memristors.

Robust Electrocaloric Performance Enabled by Highly‐Polar Frustrated Nanodomains in NaNbO3‐Based Ferrodistortive Relaxor

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
P4bm framework in NaNbO3‐Ba(Ti, Hf)O3 ferrodistortive relaxor entails short‐range and highly‐polar ferrodistortive orders. The abundant highly‐polar orders facilitate to increase entropy change, and robust octahedral oxygen tilt enables to impede thermal perturbations.

Quantum Big-Bounce as a phenomenology of RQM in the Mini-superspace

open access: yesPhysics Letters B
We investigate the emergence of a quantum Big-Bounce in the context of an isotropic Universe, filled by a self-interacting scalar field, which plays the role of a physical clock. The bouncing cosmology is the result of a scattering process, driven by the

Aeroacoustic computation of fluid-structure interaction problems with low Mach numbers

open access: yesEPJ Web of Conferences, 2018
This contribution deals with the acoustic simulation of aerodynamical noise generated by a flow over an airfoil or by flow in a flexible channel. Since the considered flow has low Mach number the hybrid approach of acoustic analogies can be applied here ...

Irradiation‐Induced Spin Bath Evolution and as‐Grown Hydrogen Defects in CVD Diamond Revealed by NV‐Based DEER Spectroscopy

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Here, we provide the reader with the current state of the art in the fabrication of high‐T2‐coherence diamond, optimized through the use of double electron–electron resonance (DEER) spectroscopy. We reveal the main as well as yet unidentified spin defects, the reduction of which is essential for reducing the spin bath and fabricating materials for ...

Correlation of Tracks from Different Radars in Information Processing by Attraction Method

open access: yesДоклады Белорусского государственного университета информатики и радиоэлектроники, 2019
One of the main problems in the processing of tracks from different radars is the correct correlation of tracks (especially groups of tracks). The proposed algorithm is based on the principle of gravity by analogy with the physical phenomena of charged ...
