Lecanemab Reduces Neuropsychiatric Symptoms and Related Regional Brain Amyloid Load in Early Alzheimer's Disease: A Preliminary Prospective Study

This prospective study shows that 6 months of lecanemab treatment significantly reduces brain amyloid load and improves neuropsychiatric symptoms in early Alzheimer's disease.
