Liquid PV Module Encapsulation to Enable Circular Design

open access: yesProgress in Photovoltaics: Research and Applications, Volume 34, Issue 6, Page 667-678, June 2026.
This study demonstrates a novel liquid encapsulation technology to enable circularity in c‐Si photovoltaic modules. The optical properties and power conversion efficiency of liquid encapsulation is similar to EVA encapsulation and better than air encapsulation.

Mitigation of UV‐Induced Degradation in Lightweight SHJ Solar Modules via a UV‐Downshifting Encapsulation Strategy

open access: yesProgress in Photovoltaics: Research and Applications, Volume 34, Issue 6, Page 771-785, June 2026.
Lightweight SHJ solar modules with UV‐downshifting encapsulants effectively mitigated UV‐induced degradation (UVID). However, a reduction in the downshifting (DS) effect was observed, supposedly caused by photooxidation. A novel dual‐layer encapsulation was proposed to ensure the UV utilization and stability of lightweight SHJ solar modules, preserving

Encapsulation of Bi2S3 Within Multifunctional Sulfurized Polyacrylonitrile Matrix Enables High‐Performance Wide‐Temperature Sodium/Potassium‐Ion Batteries Through Solid–Solid Conversion

open access: yesRare Metals, Volume 45, Issue 6, June 2026.
ABSTRACT With high theoretical capacity and low cost, bismuth sulfide (Bi2S3) demonstrates considerable potential as an anode for sodium/potassium‐ion batteries (SIBs/PIBs). Unfortunately, significant volume variation, low electrical conductivity, and dissolution of polysulfides drastically weaken their intrinsic merits.

L'interprétation géopolitique du PIB

open access: yes, 2021

Architecting a Robust Yarn‐Like CNT Framework for Structurally Resilient ZnSe Anodes in Potassium–Ion Batteries

open access: yesRare Metals, Volume 45, Issue 6, June 2026.
ABSTRACT The development of structurally stable anodes with high capacities and long cycle lives is essential for the development of potassium–ion batteries. Conversion‐type anodes have attracted considerable attention in potassium–ion batteries (PIBs) due to their high theoretical capacities.

Detecting Land Use Change Impacts on Streamflow by Combining Field Data and Water Balance Modelling

open access: yesJAWRA Journal of the American Water Resources Association, Volume 62, Issue 3, June 2026.
ABSTRACT Over the last half‐century, land use changes, including deforestation, urban sprawl, and open‐pit surface mining, have accelerated across the Susurluk Basin in northwestern Türkiye. This study analysed how land use changes, damming and mining activities affected basin hydrology using empirical and analytical methods and the process‐based Water
