A Phase II Trial of Perioperative Camrelizumab Plus Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in Resectable Stage IIB–IIIB Lung Squamous Cell Carcinoma

open access: yesMedComm, Volume 7, Issue 7, July 2026.
This phase II trial suggests the potential of perioperative camrelizumab plus neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with resectable stage IIB‐IIIB lung squamous cell carcinoma. The major pathological response rate (primary endpoint) was 60.0%, and the pathological complete response (pCR) rate was 44.4%.

Homotopy-Continuation Picard Method [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
A coupling between Homotopy Continuation methods and Picard’s Method (HCPM) is proposed to provide an approximate solution to non-linear differential equations (NDE).

Escape Criteria Using Hybrid Picard S-Iteration Leading to a Comparative Analysis of Fractal Mandelbrot Sets Generated with S-Iteration

open access: yesFractal and Fractional
Fractals are a common characteristic of many artificial and natural networks having topological patterns of a self-similar nature. For example, the Mandelbrot set has been investigated and extended in several ways since it was first introduced, whereas ...

On the Choice of Optimization Norm for Anderson Acceleration of the Picard Iteration for Navier–Stokes Equations

open access: yesNumerical Methods for Partial Differential Equations, Volume 42, Issue 4, July 2026.
ABSTRACT While recent Anderson acceleration (AA) convergence theory [Pollock et al., IMA Num. An., 2021] requires that the AA optimization norm match the Hilbert space norm associated with the fixed point operator, in implementations the ℓ2$$ {\ell}^2 $$ norm is the most common choice. So far there is little research done regarding this discrepancy. To

On a Practical Methodology for Solving BVP Problems by Using a Modified Version of Picard Method

open access: yes, 2016
The aim of this paper is to propose a modified version of Picard Method, the Boundary Value Problems Picard Method (BVPP), which allows the solution of BVP problems, with few iterations.

Locally Bounded Second κ-Variation Solution of an Integro-Differential Equation With Infinite Delay

open access: yesInternational Journal of Differential Equations
This work presents conditions under which the Volterra integral equation of the second kind admits a unique solution in the class of locally bounded second κ-variation functions on 0,+∞.

Leading Otherwise: Feminist Instances From the Arts

open access: yesGender, Work &Organization, Volume 33, Issue 4, Page 1196-1209, July 2026.
ABSTRACT This paper explores how feminist artists enact leadership through artistic organizing in the creative industries. Drawing on two case studies—Company Drinks and Homebaked—it examines how leadership emerges not through formal roles or strategic vision, but through practices of care.

Polynomiography with non-standard iterations [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
In the paper the visualizations of some modifications applied to the Newton’s root finding of complex polynomials are presented. Namely, instead of the standard Picard iteration, several different iterative processes described in the literature, which we

Endogenous Distress Contagion in a Dynamic Interbank Model: How Possible Future Losses May Spell Doom Today

open access: yesMathematical Finance, Volume 36, Issue 3, Page 595-619, July 2026.
ABSTRACT We introduce a dynamic and stochastic interbank model with an endogenous notion of distress contagion, arising from rational worries about future defaults and ensuing losses. This entails a mark‐to‐market valuation adjustment for interbank claims, leading to a forward‐backward approach to the equilibrium dynamics whereby future default ...

Parallel‐in‐time method based on shifted‐picard iterations for power system ty‐ansient stability analysis

open access: yes, 1994
The transient stability analysis is the most time-consuming computer simulation in power system studies. For this reason, in recent years, parallel processing has been applied for implementing on-line time-domain simulations of power system transient ...
