Acetylation and characterization of spruce (Picea abies) galactoglucomannans

Carbohydrate Research, 2010
Acetylated galactoglucomannans (GGMs) are the main hemicellulose type in most softwood species and can be utilized as, for example, bioactive polymers, hydrocolloids, papermaking chemicals, or coating polymers. Acetylation of spruce GGM using acetic anhydride with pyridine as catalyst under different conditions was conducted to obtain different degrees

Distinguishing root- and stem-wood of Picea Abies

IAWA Journal, 2011
In archaeology, palaeobotany and dendrochronology, it can be important to distinguish between root- and stem-wood. Although numerous studies have described the root-wood of various species in great detail, there is, as yet, no quick and generally accepted wood anatomy-based method to distinguish Norway spruce root- from stem-wood.

Izolacija protoplasta iz pupova Picea abies

1986
O izolaciji protoplasta četinjača nije objavljeno mnogo radova.
