Triterpenoids from Picrasma quassioides with their cytotoxic activities

Abstract Eleven triterpenoids, including a new tirucallane-type triterpenoid and a new natural product, were isolated from Picrasma quassioides. Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis. All isolates were evaluated for their cytotoxic activities against Hep3B and HepG2 cell lines.

Quassinoids from the stems of Picrasma quassioides and their cytotoxic and NO production-inhibitory activities
