Connective tissue nevi collagens. Study with picrosirius red and polarizing microscopy.

Biopsy specimens of five connective tissue nevi were examined under crossed polars after staining with Picrosirius red. One biopsy specimen was from a solitary nevus, another from a Shagreen patch.
