Decentralised PD and PID robotic regulators

The paper presents a new method of robotic manipulator control based on decentralised pole-placement feedback deduced from the computed torque method. An anticipatory action is included in the controller by ensuring subsequent desired joint positions, velocities and accelerations in the Newton-Euler equations of motion.

Comparison between optimally-tuned PID with self-tuning PID for steam temperature regulation

Performance of conventional PID controller was compared against the self-tuning PID with pole-placement method for steam temperature regulation. The comparisons were done by MATLAB simulation to evaluate the performance of the controllers in terms of set point regulation, response towards set point changes and disturbance rejection.

Improving the antiwindup properties of autotuning PID regulators

This manuscript presents an antiwindup technique for industrial regulators, aiming at gaining some control on the characteristics of “large” transients (i.e., of transients involving significant control saturation). Prikaz PID regulatora unutar programa Simulink koji se koristi za softversko ugađanje signala te detalje na koje trebamo obratiti pozornost tijekom dizajniranja.

Samopodesivi PID regulator

U ovom radu opisane su metode podešenja parametara PID regulatora. Posebno je obrađeno samopodešenje parametara pomoću metode opisne funkcije. Dobiveni algoritam je simuliran na računalu, te je provjerena njegova kakvoća i funkcionalnost. Nakon toga algoritam je implementiran u C jeziku na standardnom PC-u.
