Fixed Solar Eruption: A Case Report
ABSTRACT Fixed eruption is characterized by recurrent lesions at identical anatomical sites after exposure to a trigger. Although most cases are drug‐induced, ultraviolet (UV) radiation has also been reported as a causative factor. We report a case of fixed solar eruption diagnosed by histopathology and 308 nm excimer light phototesting.

Paediatric Melanonychia: Diagnosis and Management
ABSTRACT Longitudinal melanonychia (LM) in children presents unique diagnostic and management challenges that cannot be adequately addressed by applying adult‐based criteria. The Effects of an Educational Video on Patient Understanding of Amelanotic Melanoma
ABSTRACT Background Amelanotic melanoma (AM) is a subset of melanoma with little to no pigment that can masquerade as a benign condition, and is associated with delayed diagnosis, greater Breslow depth, higher tumour stage, and lower survival than pigmented melanoma.

Eczema‐Like Amelanotic Melanoma: A Diagnostic Challenge
ABSTRACT Amelanotic melanoma (AM) is a rare and aggressive variant of cutaneous melanoma characterised by the absence of pigmentation, often leading to delayed diagnosis due to its ability to mimic benign inflammatory or neoplastic conditions. We report the case of a 68‐year‐old woman presenting with a slowly enlarging, erythematous, mildly scaling ...

Reflectance Confocal Microscopy Features of Nevoid Melanoma: Case Report and Literature Review
ABSTRACT Nevoid melanoma (NM) is a rare melanoma variant that often mimics benign compound or intradermal nevi, both clinically and histopathologically. Due to its deceptively benign appearance, diagnosis is frequently delayed, resulting in advanced Breslow thickness at presentation.

Pembrolizumab‐Induced Subacute Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus: A Case Report
ABSTRACT Subacute cutaneous lupus erythematosus (SCLE) is an increasingly recognized cutaneous immune‐related adverse event of immune checkpoint inhibitors. We report an 83‐year‐old woman who developed pruritic annular and polycyclic plaques 10 weeks after starting pembrolizumab for oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
