SCR using LHBT is effective. Tenotomy favors early function; retention improves AHD more. Both are viable with low retear rates. ABSTRACT Background Massive rotator cuff tears (RCTs) often lead to superior migration and poor function. While superior capsular reconstruction (SCR) using the long head of the biceps tendon (LHBT) autograft is a promising ...

The angle formed between the measurement line P1P2 and the line T1T2 was designated as the Lateral Alignment Angle (LAA). This angle is used to evaluate the lateral patellar tilt. The LAA is a stable, accurate measurement that minimizes morphological influence on patellofemoral joint assessment.

Extraarticular Knee Joint Resection is oncologically effective but carries significant functional and complication considerations. The patellar coronal osteotomy sparing the extensor mechanism (Type‐B resection) balances oncological safety and functional preservation, especially for benign aggressive tumors.

A Rare Encounter: Documenting a Rotator Cuff Tear Associated With Idiopathic Rice Bodies
We share a case of a cuff tear caused by rice bodies, which typically occur in chronic inflammatory conditions and are often seen in autoimmune diseases. A 62‐year‐old patient presented with pain and restricted movement in the left shoulder. Magnetic resonance imaging revealed numerous rice body–like accumulations in the subacromial region, and a cuff ...

Extraarticular pigmented villonodular synovitis of the hip
Pigmented villonodular synovitis of any joint in the extraarticular region is very rare. Its clinical and radiological differential diagnosis is difficult due to exhibiting findings of any soft tissue tumor.
