Laboratory investigation of pore pressure dissipation in clay around permeable piles
Canadian geotechnical journal (Print), 2018 Excess pore-water pressures induced by pile driving could have a detrimental effect on a project, especially on the construction sequence and ground settlement. Measures that can effectively accelerate dissipation of pore pressures are therefore valuable.

High‐throughput RNA sequencing identified distinct salivary RNA signatures, including novel transcripts, that differentiate BC from healthy controls, characterize histological and molecular subtypes, and indicate lymph node involvement.

Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Following high dose rate brachytherapy (HDR‐BT) for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), patients were classified as responders and nonresponders. Post‐therapy serum induced increased BrdU incorporation and Cyclin E expression of Huh7 and HepG2 cells in nonresponders, but decreased levels in responders.
