Current‐Driven Nonreciprocal Response of Nonequilibrium Skyrmions
A skyrmion holds great promise for spintronic applications owing to its intrinsic topological stability and high mobility under ultra‐low current excitation. Here, by means of in situ electron microscopy, we demonstrate a skyrmion diode effect and the associated current‐driven nonreciprocal skyrmion dynamics in a designed FeGe‐based microdevice.

Varactor diode assembly with low parasitic reactances [PDF]
Development of varactor diode assembly overcomes parasitic reactances of conventional varactor packages. In specially constructed assembly very high idler-frequency to signal-frequency ratios are used to obtain low-noise operation over maximum ...

Ferroelectric Devices for In‐Memory and In‐Sensor Computing
Inspired by biological systems, in‐memory and in‐sensor computing overcome von Neumann bottlenecks. Ferroelectric devices can mimic synaptic functions and sense stimuli like light or force, therefore are ideal for these paradigms. This review introduces the ferroelectric devices applied for in‐memory and in‐sensor computing, covering their structures ...

Design of Frequency- and Pattern-Reconfigurable Wideband Slot Antenna
A wideband slot antenna with frequency- and pattern-reconfigurable characteristics for TD-LTE (3.4–3.8 GHz) and C-band (3.7–4.2 GHz) applications is proposed. The antenna consists of two symmetric slots that are fed by a fork-shaped microstrip line.

A phosphorescent dye was designed to fit in a hand‐to‐glove fashion into the 1D‐pore channels of MIL‐68(In). We synthesized MIL‐68(In) as powder and thin films, loaded the dye into the pores with controlled packing, and found that the phosphorescence and quantum yield are enhanced.

Modeling of Microwave Semiconductor Diodes [PDF]
The paper deals with the multi-physical mode-ling of microwave diodes. The electrostatic, drift-diffusion and thermal phenomena are considered in the physical model of the components. The basic semiconductor equati-ons are summarized, and modeling issues

Suzaku Observations of the Circinus galaxy
We report Suzaku observations of the active, Compton-thick Circinus galaxy. Observations were obtained with both the X-ray Imaging spectrometer (XIS) and the Hard X-ray Detector (HXD).

Iodine incorporation into the CdS buffer layer induces spontaneous anion diffusion and selectively passivates selenium vacancies in Sb2Se3 absorbers. The formation of low‐energy, charge‐neutral ISe defects effectively suppresses non‐radiative recombination, resulting in a substantially enhanced open‐circuit voltage and boosting the device efficiency to
