LSPR biosensing enables rapid, sensitive, and low‐sample‐volume detection of biomarkers, with broad applications in diagnosing cancer, infectious, and chronic diseases. We compared Landsat‐8 OLI, SPOT, and hyperspectral data for estimating vascular plant diversity in China's Hunshandak Sandland. SPOT data showed the strongest correlation with alpha diversity, followed by hyperspectral data, with Landsat‐8 performing the weakest.
