Root‐Stimulated Movements in Mimosa Pudica for Biohybrid Robotic Systems
This study demonstrates that thermal and electrical stimulation of Mimosa pudica root induces movement of the petiole and pinnules without direct stimulation of the aerial organs, thereby enabling a plant‐based robotic gripper and providing a foundation for the development of intelligent and sustainable systems.

Creating Flood Disasters: Environmental Memory and Adaptation in Aotearoa New Zealand
This article explores three questions. First, why does New Zealand have widespread flooding hazards? Second, why are these persistent, with little seemingly learned from the memory of earlier events? Imaging malaria parasites across scales and time
Abstract The idea that disease is caused at the cellular level is so fundamental to us that we might forget the critical role microscopy played in generating and developing this insight. Visually identifying diseased or infected cells lays the foundation for any effort to curb human pathology.
