We report the first high‐quality chromosome‐level genome assembly for the aphid Uroleucon formosanum, a serious pest that infests lettuce in eastern Asia. Carbon Emissions From Fires in Eastern Siberian Larch Forests

The present study provides new insights on combustion processes from Siberian larch forest fires. We estimated combustion from vegetation and organic soils at 41 burned plots and spatially extrapolated our plot‐level estimates to the areas of two large fire events.
