MYB Factors: Hubs of Plant Stress and Hormone Crosstalk
ABSTRACT MYB transcription factors function as main regulatory hubs that integrate environmental signals with multi‐hormonal pathways to synchronize plant growth, metabolism and stress responses. This review delineates the regulatory roles of MYB in the signalling pathway of salicylic acid, jasmonic acid, ethylene and abscisic acid signalling.

Deciphering Role of Endophytes in Plant Defences and Biotic Stress Resilience Across Families
ABSTRACT Plant families generate distinct repertoires of specialised metabolites that govern their biotic interactions. Endophytes strengthen host plant defence mechanisms and tolerance to biotic challenges by upregulating metabolite biosynthesis, modifying precursor compounds into more potent forms, or by directly synthesising analogous defence ...

MÉTODOS DE DETECÇÃO, TRANSMISSÃO E PATOGENICIDADE DE Fusarium spp. EM SEMENTES DE Pinus taeda
The root rots (RR), caused by the Fusarium spp., causes loss of seedling in the nursery that show, initially, discoloration of the needles to a yellowish-green tone followed by apical curvature, wilt and the consequent death of the seedling.

Assessing working lands as habitat for disturbance‐dependent birds using autonomous recording units
Abstract Introduction Working lands can provide habitat for declining disturbance‐dependent birds, such as Bachman's Sparrow (Peucaea aestivalis) and Northern Bobwhite (Colinus virginianus), but it remains unclear whether restoration following intensive land use (e.g. surface mining) yields habitat comparable to less intensive land uses (e.g.

Stand-level allometry in Pinus taeda as affected by irrigation and fertilization [PDF]
Changing environmental conditions have the potential to alter allometric relationships between plant parts, possibly leading to ecosystem-level feedbacks. We quantified allometric shifts in field-grown loblolly pine (Pinus taeda L.) in response to altered resource availability based on data from multiple harvests to correct for size-related changes in ...

Abstract Establishing forage in loblolly pine (Pinus taeda L.) plantations has the potential to increase grazing acreage for cattle farms in the Mid‐South, but appropriate species selection still requires investigation. The objective was to evaluate forage mass, accumulation, and nutritive value of four perennial forage species, novel‐endophyte tall ...
