Immobilization of Motile Bacterial Cells via Dip-pen Nanolithography [PDF]
A strategy to bind bacterial cells to surfaces in a directed fashion via dip-pen nanolithography (DPN) is presented. Cellular attachment to pre-designed DPN generated microarrays was found to be dependent on the shape and size of the surface feature ...

A Y2O3 coating was prepared using the atmospheric plasma spraying (APS) technique. On exposing the coating to CF4/O2/Ar plasma, a fluorine contamination layer (YOxFy) was formed, which was the main cause of process drift and contamination particle generation on the APS–Y2O3 coating surface.

Low Interface Trapped Charge Density for AlO/β-GaO (001) Metal-Insulator-Semiconductor Capacitor
In this letter, high-performance Al2O3/ $\beta$ -Ga2O3 (001) metal-insulator-semiconductor (MIS) capacitor has been demonstrated. The capacitance-voltage (C–V) curves of the Al2O3/ $\beta$ -Ga2O3 (001) MIS capacitor remain stable under different ...

Síntese do material mesoporoso MCM-41 usando esponja de água-doce como fonte de sílica
Fresh water sponge was used as a silica source for the synthesis of MCM-41 via the hydrothermal process. The silica was extracted from the sponge by washing with nitric acid and piranha solution. Synthesis of MCM-41 was performed at 100 °C for 5 days and
