O trabalho foi realizado com objetivo de comparar os teores de matéria seca, matéria mineral, extrato etéreo e proteína bruta presente no filé de pacu, pirapitinga e tambaqui. Foram utilizados 10 peixes da espécie pacu, 10 pirapitinga e 10 tambaqui criados em sistema de recirculação no Setor de Piscicultura da Universidade Federal de Lavras.
