Seasonal Forest Resources Support Fish Biomass in Floodplain Lakes of an Amazonian Tributary

open access: yesFreshwater Biology, Volume 70, Issue 11, November 2025.
ABSTRACT The Flood Pulse Concept is a foundational ecological theory that emphasizes the critical role of lateral connectivity between a river channel and its floodplain. Forest citizens and people‐centered conservation in the Brazilian Amazon

open access: yesConservation Biology, Volume 39, Issue 3, June 2025.
Abstract Demands for territorial recognition are foundational to the claiming of rights by forest‐proximate people who attempt to conserve their forests.
