The dynamics of planetary atmospheres
Current knowledge of the dynamics of the atmospheres of the planets is reviewed. This has expanded a great deal in recent years, due to the numerous space missions which have gathered new observational data. Nevertheless, there is also much which remains unknown, and many cases where new observations have simply posed additional questions of a ...

A mechanochemically synthesized dual‐site electrocatalyst (RuNC@Fe1NC) accelerates alkaline hydrogen evolution via atomic‐level spatial decoupling. Oxophilic Fe single atoms effectively dissociate water, while adjacent Ru nanoclusters rapidly recombine hydrogen.

Navigating fundamental tensions towards a decolonial relational vision of planetary health.
Planetary health has an important role to play in guiding humanity towards a healthy, equitable, and sustainable future. However, given planetary health's dominant colonial and capitalist underpinning ideologies, it risks reinscribing the same ...

Cr-spinel records metasomatism not petrogenesis of mantle rocks
Chromian-spinel from mafic-ultramafic rocks is used as a reliable geotectonic and mantle melting indicator. Here, the authors argue that this only works partially – it can be used to assess information on mantle metasomatic processes but not petrogenesis.
