Here, we presented six women with isolated vulvar purpura. No associated lesions such as sclerosis, atrophy, or hypopigmentation were observed. All patients were in postmenopausal period. In this case series, we discussed if a non-blanching purpura could be a component of plasma cell vulvitis or “mucosal porosis”.
