Module factorizations with two factors of a regular normal element in a ring are newly introduced by Xiao-Wu Chen. In the paper, we introduce n-fold module factorizations, that is, module factorizations with n factors. First we realize the category of n-fold module factorizations as the module category of a matrix subring.
