Advanced Science, EarlyView.Azvudine shows benefits in reducing all‐cause mortality in hospitalized SARS‐CoV‐2 infected patients and liver diseases. COVID‐19 patients with kidney disease and without autoimmune diseases show a preference for azvudine. Azvudine may be a promising antiviral agent for treating COVID‐19 concomitant with liver diseases.
