Platelet to Lymphocyte Ratio and Neutrophil to Lymphocyte Ratio in Missed Abortion [PDF]
Objective Missed abortion occurs in ~ 15% of all clinical pregnancies. The pathogenesis is not clearly known. However, defective placentation resulting in maternal systemic inflammatory response is considered responsible for missed abortion.

Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte Ratio, Platelet-to-Lymphocyte Ratio and Heart Failure
Dear Editor, the recent report on “Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR), Platelet-to-Lymphocyte Ratio (PLR) and Heart Failure” is very interesting.1 Durmus et al.1 reported that “NLR can be used to predict mortality during the follow-up of HF patients.” Indeed, the use of a new parameter for predicting heart failure is very interesting.

Neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio, platelet-to- lymphocyte ratio and mean platelet volume in lupus nephritis [PDF]
Background: A number of blood count parameters are associated with inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. There is discordant evidence whether neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), platelet-to- lymphocyte ratio (PLR) and mean platelet volume (MPV) might reflect inflammatory response and have prognostic value in SLE patients.

In this study, we aimed to investigate and compare the prognostic impacts of C-reactive protein (CRP), white blood cell (WBC) count, neutrophil (NEU)-to-lymphocyte (LYM) ratio (NLR), platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR), Red Cell Distribution Width (RDW) biomarkers in laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases as well as to explore the most useful diagnostic ...

Evaluation of neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio, platelet to lymphocyte ratio, and lymphocyte to monocyte ratio in patients with cellulitis [PDF]
SUMMARY OBJECTIVE Cellulite infection is a non-necrotizing inflammation of the skin and subcutaneous tissue and is one of the most common reasons for admission to hospital. This retrospective study aimed to investigate the Neutrophil to Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR), Platelet to Lymphocyte Ratio (PLR), and Lymphocyte to Monocyte Ratio (LMR) in patients with

Platelets-to-lymphocyte ratio and esophageal cancer [PDF]
We read with great interest the recent publication by Deng et al . (1) published in the March 2018 issue of Journal of Thoracic Disease . The authors have performed a meta-analysis in order to examine the role of platelet to lymphocyte ratio (PLR) in the prognosis of esophageal cancer and also to evaluate the relationship with tumor pathological ...
