A Comprehensive Echocardiographic Assessment of Patients With Chronic Myeloid Leukemia on Dasatinib

In a retrospective cohort of 199 adult patients with CML on Dasatinib in a single quaternary center, approximately 25% patients had routine baseline and follow‐up echocardiogram. Dasatinib was associated with significant changes in structural and diastolic parameters.
