Eosinophilic pleural effusions
Eosinophilic pleural effusions, defined as a pleural effusion that contains at least 10% eosinophils, may be caused by almost every condition that can cause pleural disease. Eosinophilic pleural effusion occurs most commonly during conditions associated with the presence of blood or air in the pleural space, infections, and malignancy.

Impact of Combined Resection of the Pancreas on Long‐Term Survival in Gastric Cancer
Short‐term and long‐term results of patients underwent conbined pancreatectomy was investigated in 64 patients with gastric cancer. R1 resection and postoperative intraabdominal infectious complications were identified as independent prognostic factors.

MedVH introduces the first comprehensive benchmark for diagnosing hallucinations in medical vision‐language models. Across six multitask evaluations, eight state‐of‐the‐art LVLMs reveal that domain‐tuned models, while strong on routine questions, hallucinate more than general models, raising serious concerns for real‐world clinical use.
