The KDM6B/SLC10A2 Axis Suppresses MDSCs Recruitment via ERK/AP‐1 Signaling in Colorectal Cancer
In wild‐type intestinal epithelial cells, KDM6B demethylates SLC10A2 to promote its expression, after which SLC10A2 suppresses ERK phosphorylation, inhibiting AP‐1 (Fos/Jun) transcription and chemokine production. In KDM6B‐deficient intestinal epithelial cells, SLC10A2 methylation increases, and its expression decreases.

A sheet of choroid plexus epithelial cells extends into each cerebral ventricle and secretes signaling factors into the CSF. To evaluate whether differences in the CSF proteome across ventricles arise, in part, from regional differences in choroid plexus

Germ‐free (GF) mice receiving fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) reveal microbiota‐dependent effects on auditory aging. Integrated metagenomic, metabolomic and proteomic profiling maps gut–inner ear network and highlights 5‐hydroxytryptophan (5‐HTP) as a microbiota‐linked metabolic hub in age‐related hearing loss (ARHL).

Choroid Plexus Pathophysiology
This review examines the roles of the choroid plexus (ChP) in central nervous system (CNS) pathology, emphasizing its involvement in disease mechanisms and therapeutic potential. Structural changes in the human ChP have been reported across various diseases in case reports and descriptive work, but studies have yet to pin down the physiological ...

Brachial plexus injuries are devastating injuries that affect primarily young healthy males. For the total plexus injury, current surgical treatments have failed to achieve normal restoration of limb function but some practical goals are obtainable. This review article summarizes existing logic and approach for managing these catastrophic injuries.

A new cerebrocortical organoid model using isogenic hiPSCs with familial Alzheimer's mutations recapitulates key AD features, including amyloid‐beta and phospho‐Tau aggregation, neuronal hyperexcitability, and synapse loss. Single‐cell RNA‐seq reveals aberrant pathways in excitatory and inhibitory neurons.

Neuropathic pain after brachial plexus avulsion - central and peripheral mechanisms
ReviewThe pain that commonly occurs after brachial plexus avulsion poses an additional burden on the quality of life of patients already impaired by motor, sensory and autonomic deficits.
