Animal Models and Experimental Medicine, EarlyView.Optimized lidocaine‐loaded PLGA non‐spherical particles (LPNMs) and dexamethasone microcrystals (DEX MCs) were prepared. They were then mixed in sodium hyaluronate solution to obtain a co‐delivery system, administrated in guinea pigs to evaluate the pharmacokinetics and biocompatibility of the system.
