Optical‐to‐Microcomb Stability Transfer for Ultrastable Timing and Microwave/Millimeter‐Wave Generation

open access: yesLaser &Photonics Reviews, EarlyView.
This work demonstrates a high‐fidelity stability transfer from an optical reference to a high‐repetition‐rate microcomb using a mode‐locked laser bridge. By employing electro‐optic sampling timing detection, femtosecond‐level synchronization and 10−18‐level fractional frequency stability are achieved.

Reachable Workspace as a Clinical Outcome for Upper Extremity Function: A Narrative Review

open access: yesMuscle &Nerve, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Motion sensing technology can be utilized to capture detailed upper extremity (UE) motion to reconstruct an individual's three‐dimensional (3D) reachable workspace (RWS). The RWS can be quantified as relative surface area (RSA), providing an innovative surrogate measure to assess UE mobility and function.

FPGA implementation of impedance-compensated phase-locked loop for HVDC converters

open access: yesThe Journal of Engineering, 2018
The phase-locked loop (PLL) plays a key role in HVDC systems. Recently, a new type of PLL called the impedance-compensated phase-locked loop (IC-PLL) was introduced to compensate for the voltage drop across the AC network's Thevenin impedance, making the

PLL DESIGN AND INVESTIGATION IN CMOS

open access: yesMokslas - Lietuvos ateitis, 2010
In the article the architecture of a charge pump phase locked loop is shown. The influence on overall system performance of its functional blocks is discussed. Voltage controlled oscillator phase noise analysis is done and the relationship between a charge pump phase locked loop and voltage controlled oscillator phase noises are determined.

Cationic‐Hydrophilic Di‐Block Copolymers: Surface‐Shielded Vectors for Gene Delivery

open access: yesJournal of Polymer Science, Volume 63, Issue 6, Page 1419-1432, 15 March 2025.
This study develops synthetic polycationic di‐block carriers for nucleic acid (NA) delivery in gene therapy. Consisting of a cationic block and a hydrophilic block, these carriers efficiently form complexes with NAs and shield them with a protective bioinert layer, enhancing stability during circulation in the bloodstream while reducing undesirable ...

Wide bandwidth phase-locked loop circuit [PDF]

open access: yes, 2005
A PLL circuit uses a multiple frequency range PLL in order to phase lock input signals having a wide range of frequencies. The PLL includes a VCO capable of operating in multiple different frequency ranges and a divider bank independently configurable to
