Cryopreservation of Brazilian green dwarf coconut plumules by droplet-vitrification [PDF]
ABSTRACT: This study evaluated the effect of vitrification solutions and exposure time on the cryopreservation of Brazilian green dwarf coconut plumules (BGD) using the droplet vitrification technique. Explants were excised from BGD mature fruits from the Active Germplasm Bank of Embrapa Tabuleiros Costeiros, Sergipe, Brazil.

Gibberellin Transport from the Cotyledon to Plumule in the Flowering ofPharbitis nil [PDF]
Uniconazole applied to cotyledons inhibited the flowering response in Pharbitis nil. The application of gibberellin A1 (GA1) to cotyledons overcame the effect of uniconazole and restored the flowering response. The transport of GA1 from cotyledons to plumules was confirmed by GC-MS analyses. The results indicate that GAs transported from cotyledons are
