Unveiling the procoagulant state in Alzheimer's disease: A novel PET imaging strategy
Abstract INTRODUCTION A subset of Alzheimer's disease (AD) patients exhibits a procoagulant state that remains undiagnosed despite available treatments. We developed positron emission tomography (PET) strategies to in vivo detect cerebral microthrombi in TgCRND8 mice. METHODS PET was performed with a fibrin‐binding probe (FBP) in TgCRND8 and wild‐type

We evaluated whether concomitant 5‐aminosalicylic acid (5‐ASA) influences clinical remission in patients with ulcerative colitis (UC) receiving Janus kinase inhibitors (JAKi). In this retrospective, multicenter cohort study, UC patients receiving tofacitinib (n = 181), upadacitinib (n = 313), or filgotinib (n = 139) were included.

Cement phases are good materials for radiative cooling thanks to the selective emissivity in IR ATW. Cement powders have high reflectance of solar radiation which reduces the thermal losses. The onset of the absorption curves is defined by bound excitons. Sulfates have higher radiated powers and reflectance than calcium silicates.

ABSTRACT Data Availability Statements (DAS) have become a standard mechanism for promoting transparency and reproducibility in open‐access mega journals, yet questions remain about how effectively they support meaningful data sharing in practice and how these practices vary across national research contexts.

Does Antecedent Catchment Wetness Explain the Timing of Rainfall‐Runoff Relationship Shifts?
Abstract Annual rainfall‐runoff relationships have been shown to shift during droughts and, in many catchments, not recover, resulting in less runoff per unit of precipitation than prior to the drought. While the cause of these shifts appears to be related to plant water use and subsurface water dynamics, it is still unclear which climatic conditions ...

Many leaf gas exchange models predict that photosynthesis and stomatal conductance are tightly coupled and respond in parallel to changing environmental conditions. However, experiments show that when temperatures increase beyond the thermal optimum of photosynthesis, stomatal conductance may continue to rise while photosynthesis declines, facilitating
