PMF Scoring Revisited

Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, 2005
Knowledge-based scoring functions have become accepted choices for fast scoring putative protein-ligand complexes according to their binding affinities. Since their introduction 5 years ago, the knowledge base of protein-ligand complexes has grown to the point were rederiving potentials of mean force becomes meaningful for statistical reasons ...

Photophosphorylation in Chloroplasts With Varied Proton Motive Force (PMF): II. Phosphorylation and the PMF

Australian Journal of Plant Physiology, 1982
Measurements of ATP (luciferase assay) formed by class C pea chloroplasts in illumination times varying from 10 ms to 30 s are reported for control, + valinomycin and + nigericin conditions. ATP was made at a constant rate in controls following a time lag of a few milliseconds which varied with the illumination.

PMF

Proceedings of the ACM on Interactive, Mobile, Wearable and Ubiquitous Technologies, 2020
With the popularity of mobile devices and location-based social network, understanding and modelling the human mobility becomes an important topic in the field of ubiquitous computing. With the model developing from personal models with own information to the joint models with population information, the prediction performance of proposed models become

Risk Stratification in PMF

2011
Primary myelofibrosis (PMF) is a Philadelphia-negative myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN) whose diagnostic criteria have been recently updated (Tefferi et al. 2007). Among MPNs, PMF has the most heterogeneous clinical presentation, which may encompass anemia, splenomegaly, leukocytosis or leukopenia, thrombocytosis or thrombocytopenia, and ...

Photophosphorylation in Chloroplasts With Varied Proton Motive Force (PMF): I. The PMF and Its Onset

Australian Journal of Plant Physiology, 1982
The transthylakoid pH difference (ΔpH) following shuttered periods of actinic light from 10 ms to 30 s duration was estimated from fluorescence quenching of N-(1-naphthyl)ethylenediamine or 9-aminoacridine in phosphorylating conditions, ± valinomycin and ± nigericin.
