The Precompensation Cross‐Coupling Iterative Learning Control with Variable Forgetting Factor (pre‐CCILC+VFF‐VGILC) control strategy significantly improve the “single‐axis Tracking Error (TE) and dual‐axis CE” under repeated trajectories.
