Safety and efficacy of nemolizumab for atopic dermatitis up to 2 years in open‐label extension study
This study evaluated long‐term safety and efficacy in patients with moderate‐to‐severe atopic dermatitis. Patients with and without previous nemolizumab experience received nemolizumab 30 mg Q4W plus TCS/TCI. Nemolizumab was well‐tolerated through 104 weeks with clinically meaningful improvements in disease signs and symptoms.

Psychogenic Non-Epileptic Seizures (PNES)
Psychogenic non-epileptic seizures (PNES) are a common presentation to the emergency rooms and neurology departments, and they are difficult to discriminate from epileptic seizures (ES). PNES present as paroxysmal time-limited, alterations in motor, sensory, autonomic, and/or cognitive signs and symptoms, but unlike epilepsy, PNES are not caused by ...

Physical properties of fullerene-containing Galactic planetary nebulae [PDF]
We searched the Spitzer Space Telescope data archive for Galactic planetary nebulae (PNe), which show the characteristic 17.4 and 18.9 µm features due to C60, also known as buckminsterfullerene. Out of 338 objects with Spitzer/Infrared Spectrograph data,

Unraveling Chronic Pain: From Mechanisms and Risks to Diagnosis and Treatment
Chronic pain arises through distinct molecular pathways categorized into nociceptive, neuropathic, and nociplastic types. Nociceptive pain begins with TRP channel activation in peripheral nociceptors, signaling via Aδ‐ and C‐fibers through the spinal dorsal horn and spinothalamic tracts to the brain, regulated by descending inhibition and involving ...
