ABSTRACT Background Expansion of highly effective direct‐acting antiviral (DAA) treatment for people who inject drugs (PWID) is regarded as essential to achieve hepatitis C virus (HCV) elimination. A decade since the introduction of DAA treatment, we aimed to assess its roll‐out and associated impact in reducing HCV prevalence among PWID in Scotland ...

On the Origin of Morphological Structures of Planetary Nebulae
We suggest that most of the mass in planetary nebulae (PNe) resides in the equatorial region and the spherical envelope and the optically bright lobes of PNe are in fact low-density cavities cleared out by fast outflows and photoionized by UV photons ...

"A self-consistent scenario to explain the morphology of planetary nebulae ispresented. This scenario is consistent with the Galactic distribution of di?erentnebular types. This work addresses several controversial features that appear inplanetary nebulae, which are easily solved by the inclusion of MHD e?ects.

A bikitaite‐infused cellulose separator is introduced for Li metal batteries, leveraging bikitaite zeolite's ion‐conductive properties to regulate Li+‐ion flux and suppress dendrite growth. The membrane design ensures uniform Li plating, enhanced electrolyte wettability, and robust thermal/mechanical stability, delivering stable performance and low ...

An orbital‐hybridizable nanoseed (OHNS) interphase induces strong orbital hybridization between Zn and carbon edges, accelerating Zn nucleation while suppressing 2D surface diffusion. This interfacial electronic regulation drives uniform, dense, and (002)‐oriented Zn growth, enabling stable and fast charging behavior in anode‐free aqueous Zn batteries.

Abstract The immobilization of lipase B from Candida antarctica (CALB) on an amino‐epoxy functionalized magnetic support (Fe3O4‐PEI‐DGEBA) resulted in a highly stable and efficient biocatalyst for biofuel production from tilapia oil. The synthesized support was characterized using scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X‐ray ...

Semiology of Functional Seizures: Sex‐Related Differences
ABSTRACT Background While functional seizures (FSs) are far more common among women, previous studies found only a few differences between the two sex groups in relation to semiological characteristics. Purpose To compare motor FS semiology between men and women.
