Experimental tracking control for pneumatic system
IECON 2013 - 39th Annual Conference of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society, 2013Pneumatic system has many advantages, such as simple, reliable, low-cost, long life, etc. These make it to get rapid development and widespread application. But the complexity of the gas through the valve port and the friction between the cylinder and piston make it difficult to establish exact mathematical model, and to control the pneumatic system ...

Behavior and Optimization of Pneumatic Damping System
Iranian Journal of Science and Technology, Transactions of Mechanical Engineering, 2016Vibration isolation is one of the most important research areas. Considerable research has been conducted in this area and on ways to reduce vibration. Pneumatic damping system with four gas chambers, which are connected by throttles in valves and permanent magnets, is considered. The mathematical model of pneumatic system is presented.

Evaluation of intermittent pneumatic compression systems
Journal of Tissue Viability, 2002The operational characteristics of eight intermittent pneumatic compression systems were evaluated. Considerable differences between the pressure/time curves were found when different pumps were compared. The pressure attained in the garments varied from 6 to 124 mmHg and the rate of inflation from less than 1 to 9 mmHg per second.

Position Control of a Pneumatic Levitation System
2005 IEEE Conference on Emerging Technologies and Factory Automation, 2006The position control of a pneumatic levitation system is described in this paper. The control system uses visual feedback to compute the object position, which can be modified by means of an air blower acted by a variable-speed drive. The system is employed as a test bed of control strategies.

According to information, the earliest research on pneumatic servo control system is to analyze an open-loop system of spool valve-controlled cylinder with compressed air source and pressure of \( 5.5\,{\text{MPa}} \). Although compressed air has long been a driving power source, the commonly used pneumatic control system is composed of a number of low-
