Zwanziger’s pairwise little group on the celestial sphere
We generalize Zwanziger’s pairwise little group to include a boost subgroup. We do so by working in the celestial sphere representation of scattering amplitudes. We propose that due to late time soft photon and graviton exchanges, matter particles in the

Transverse spinning of light with globally unique handedness
Access to the transverse spin of light has unlocked new regimes in topological photonics and optomechanics. To achieve the transverse spin of nonzero longitudinal fields, various platforms that derive transversely confined waves based on focusing ...

Generation of Optical Quasiparticles with Spin–Orbit Conversion in a Single Q‐Plate
Spin‐Orbit conversion approach with a q‐plate for generating optical quasiparticles. ABSTRACT In this work, we detail a novel approach which can be used for the generation of optical quasiparticles. This process leverages both spin‐orbit conversion control with wavelength de‐tuning in a commercially available q‐plate.

L3 Dynamics and Poincaré Maps in the Restricted Full Three Body Problem
Poincaré maps are a basic dynamical systems tool yielding information about the geometric structure of the phase space of the system. Poincaré maps are however time consuming to compute.

Optical Skyrmions with Tunable or Reconfigurable Topology Using Spin‐Decoupled Metaoptics
The work introduces advanced optical elements capable of generating and dynamically reconfiguring complex light patterns known as optical skyrmions. By precisely shaping light polarization at the nanoscale, a single engineered metasurface can generate and manipulate robust and tunable polarization textures in an efficient and scalable way.

Multimode Phonon Lasing via Self‐Induced Optical Coherent Pumping
A silicon optomechanical nanobeam generates self‐sustained phonon lasing in multiple competing mechanical modes via self‐pulsing, an intrinsic optical modulation arising from cavity nonlinearity. This self‐organized mechanism enables robust multi‐frequency operation spanning periodic, quasi‐periodic, and chaotic regimes without external modulation. The

Controlling Collective Quasiparticle Dynamics Beyond Decoherence in Topological Interfaces
Gold nanoparticles placed above a deformed honeycomb plasmonic crystal couple to a chiral topological interface mode. The pseudospin‐split bands ψ+/ ψ− encode spin‐momentum locking, so emitters radiate directionally along the domain wall and share a common phase.

ABSTRACT We study eigenvalue problems for the de Rham complex on varying three‐dimensional domains. Our analysis includes the Helmholtz equation as well as the Maxwell system with mixed boundary conditions and non‐constant coefficients. We provide Hadamard‐type formulas for the shape derivatives under weak regularity assumptions on the domain and its ...

Asymptotics for the Spectrum of the Laplacian in Thin Bars with Varying Cross Sections
ABSTRACT We consider spectral problems for the Laplace operator in 3D rod structures with a small cross section of diameter O(ε)$$ O\left(\varepsilon \right) $$, ε$$ \varepsilon $$ being a positive parameter. The boundary conditions are Dirichlet (Neumann, respectively) on the bases of this structure, and Neumann on the lateral boundary.

Radial coordinates for defect CFTs
We study the two-point function of local operators in the presence of a defect in a generic conformal field theory. We define two pairs of cross ratios, which are convenient in the analysis of the OPE in the bulk and defect channel respectively.
