Least-Squares evaluation of DMT dissipation test data – some preliminary results [PDF]
The Flex method does not work if the DMTA total stress dissipation curve is non-monotonic or has no inflexion point. To overcome the problems, various versions of a mathematically precise DMTA total stress dissipation test evaluation method are suggested

Unsupervised Learning of Category-Specific Symmetric 3D Keypoints from Point Sets [PDF]
Automatic discovery of category-specific 3D keypoints from a collection of objects of some category is a challenging problem. One reason is that not all objects in a category necessarily have the same semantic parts.

Point-evaluation functionals on algebras of symmetric functions on $(L_\infty)^2$
It is known that every continuous symmetric (invariant under the composition of its argument with each Lebesgue measurable bijection of $[0,1]$ that preserve the Lebesgue measure of measurable sets) polynomial on the Cartesian power of the complex Banach

Singularly perturbed rank one linear operators
The basic principles of the theory of singularly perturbed self-adjoint operators are generalized to the case of closed linear operators with non-symmetric perturbation of rank one.

3D hydrodynamical models of point-symmetric planetary nebulae: the special case of H 1-67 [PDF]
We present 3D hydrodynamical simulations of a precessing jet with a time-dependent ejection velocity or a time-dependent ejection density, interacting with a circumstellar medium given by a dense, anisotropic, and slow AGB wind, forming a torus.

Physical parameters of point-symmetric planetary nebulae [PDF]
We present a systematic observational study of 32 PNe that present point-symmetric structures, multiple bipolar outflows or other related features.

Due to the nonlinear and non-stationary characteristics of the carbon price, it is difficult to predict the carbon price accurately. This paper proposes a new novel hybrid model for carbon price prediction. The proposed model consists of an extreme-point

On Coincidence and Fixed-Point Theorems in Symmetric Spaces
We give an axiom (C.C) in symmetric spaces and investigate the relationships between (C.C) and axioms (W3), (W4), and (H.E). We give some results on coinsidence and fixed-point theorems in symmetric spaces, and also, we give some examples for the ...

The Kinematics of Point-symmetric Planetary Nebulae
Four planetary nebulae (PNe) with conspicuous point-symmetric morphology are studied in this paper through high-quality imagery and long-slit echelle spectroscopy. Point symmetry is also found in the velocity space, and this is related to particular forms of bipolar collimated outflows.

The chiral ring of a symmetric orbifold and its large N limit
We analyze the chiral operator ring of the symmetric orbifold conformal field theory on the complex two-plane ℂ2. We compute the large N limit of the ring and exhibit its factorized leading order behaviour.
