Automorphism groupoids in noncommutative projective geometry [PDF]
We address a natural question in noncommutative geometry, namely the rigidity observed in many examples, whereby noncommutative spaces (or equivalently their coordinate algebras) have very few automorphisms by comparison with their commutative ...

Since lane geometry information can be used for controlling the pose of an intelligent vehicle, a lane geometry map that contains the lane geometry information should have reliable accuracy. For generating the reliable lane geometry map, lane curve which

Non-Euclidean Geometry is a complex subject for students. It is necessary to analyze the weaknesses of Euclidean geometry to provide a basis for thinking about the need for learning non-Euclidean geometry.

Hamilton Geometry - Phase Space Geometry from Modified Dispersion Relations
Quantum gravity phenomenology suggests an effective modification of the general relativistic dispersion relation of freely falling point particles caused by an underlying theory of quantum gravity. Here we analyse the consequences of modifications of the

Adaptive Non-Rigid Inpainting of 3D Point Cloud Geometry
In this letter, we introduce several algorithms for geometry inpainting of 3D point clouds with large holes. The algorithms are examplar-based: hole filling is performed iteratively using templates near the hole boundary to find the best matching regions

The Ile181Asn variant of human UDP‐xylose synthase (hUXS1), associated with a short‐stature genetic syndrome, has previously been reported as inactive. Our findings demonstrate that Ile181Asn‐hUXS1 retains catalytic activity similar to the wild‐type but exhibits reduced stability, a looser oligomeric state, and an increased tendency to precipitate ...

Thermodynamic geometry of three-dimensional Einstein–Maxwell-dilaton black hole
The thermodynamics of a three-dimensional Einstein–Maxwell-dilaton black hole is investigated using the method of thermodynamic geometry. According to the definition of thermodynamic geometry and the first law of the black hole, two-dimensional Ruppeiner

Cell wall target fragment discovery using a low‐cost, minimal fragment library
LoCoFrag100 is a fragment library made up of 100 different compounds. Similarity between the fragments is minimized and 10 different fragments are mixed into a single cocktail, which is soaked to protein crystals. These crystals are analysed by X‐ray crystallography, revealing the binding modes of the bound fragment ligands.

Particle physics from the noncommutative geometry point of view [PDF]
Recent development in noncommutative geometry generalization of gauge theory is reviewed. The mathematical apparatus is reduced to minimum in order to allow the non-mathematically oriented physicists to follow the development in the interesting field of ...
