Collagen II coatings support the formation of synovial fluid nanofilms, while collagen I coatings do not. Both bind recombinant equine lubricin similarly. These findings may help explain articular cartilage surface joint dysfunction, inform biomaterial design for synovial joint repair, and expand on lubricin‐based osteoarthritis therapies.

HfxZr1−xO2${\rm Hf}_x{\rm Zr}_{1-x}{\rm O}_2$ offers CMOS‐compatible nanoscale ferroelectricity yet suffers from a high Ec${\rm E}_c$ demanding large operating voltages. A unified phase‐field framework spanning AFE/FE/DE phases shows how FE grains soften neighboring AFE grains over λ$\lambda$ ≈$\approx$ 22–37 nm.

Multimodal Poisson Gamma Belief Network
To learn a deep generative model of multimodal data, we propose a multimodal Poisson gamma belief network (mPGBN) that tightly couple the data of different modalities at multiple hidden layers.

Advanced ink systems for solution‐processed textile triboelectric nanogenerators are systematically summarized, spanning conductive, tribo‐negative, and tribo‐positive layers. By connecting ink chemistry, deposition methods, and device function, the present review reveals the key governing principles of solution development and highlights practical ...

Spatial disease mapping using the Poisson-Gamma model
In disease mapping, it is preferable to estimate the risk rather than the significance in general, but the variation in estimation precision across the geographical map of the study region must also be taken into consideration.

Congestion probabilities in CDMA-based networks supporting batched Poisson traffic [PDF]
We propose a new multirate teletraffic loss model for the calculation of time and call\ud congestion probabilities in CDMA-based networks that accommodate calls of different serviceclasses\ud whose arrival follows a batched Poisson process. The latter is

Mixed‐cation lead mixed‐halide perovskites suffer from structural instabilities linked to nanoscale heterogeneity. To probe this non‐destructively, a low‐dose, concurrent 4D‐STEM and EDX methodology has been developed. Examining a (FA0.83Cs0.17)Pb(I0.8Br0.2)3 film revealed a complex mosaic of coexisting crystal structures. Crucially, local deficiencies
