Exploring the Intracellular Distribution of Se Compounds Delivered by Biodegradable Polyelectrolyte Capsules Using X‐Ray Fluorescence Imaging

The present study demonstrates the impact of the administration route of a hydrophobic selenium drug in polyelectrolytic capsules on intracellular distribution. Subcellular X‐ray fluorescence imaging (XFI) is employed to map the distribution and dynamics of the drug within the cell.
