Physik in unserer Zeit, Volume 53, Issue 6, Page 290-295, November 2022., 2022 Seit 2019 beobachtete das deutsch‐amerikanische Stratosphärenteleskop SOFIA im Rahmen des FEEDBACK‐Programms galaktische Sternentstehungsgebiete in der Spektrallinie des ionisierten Kohlenstoffes (C+). Mit Hilfe dieser Beobachtungen wird der Einfluss von massereichen Sternen auf das interstellare Medium untersucht.

Entangled photon polarimetry [PDF]
Optics Express, 2010 We construct an entangled photon polarimeter capable of monitoring a two-qubit quantum state in real time. Using this polarimeter, we record a nine frames-per-second video of a two-photon state's transition from separability to entanglement.

Optics ExpressQuantum correlations are non-classical features of quantum systems that can be harnessed in new technologies. Nonlocality, a unique byproduct of the entanglement of more than one particle, can alter the causal sequence that is present in a classical measurement.
