A physically-based analytical polarization curve of a PEM fuel cell [PDF]
An analytical polarization curve of the cathode side of a PEM fuel cell is derived. The curve results from approximate solution of the system of equations for the cathode catalyst layer (CCL) performance and it takes into account the oxygen and proton ...

Septin 9 polybasic domains couple phosphoinositide‐rich membrane binding to centrosome positioning, Golgi organization, and microtubule acetylation to control epithelial polarity. Their loss disrupts this axis, causing centrosome mispositioning, Golgi fragmentation, reduced microtubule acetylation, and polarity inversion via upregulation of the ...

The effect of non-uniform aging of a PEM fuel cell on the polarization curve: A modeling study [PDF]
Using the variational technique we show that in PEM fuel cells, an exponential shape of the local current density along the oxygen channel provides the best cell performance.

A New Fuel Cell Degradation Model Indexed by Proton Exchange Membrane Thickness Derived from Polarization Curve [PDF]
This paper has developed a thickness-polarization degradation model based on the experimental data and polarization curves to model the degradation process of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) refereeing proton exchange membrane (PEM ...

The role of miR‐335‐5p in the redifferentiation of BRAF p.V600E thyroid cancers
The BRAF p.V600E mutation promotes thyroid cancer dedifferentiation and radioiodine resistance. Using a network approach, we identified miR‐335‐5p as a key regulator of BRAF‐mutated thyroid tumors. Restoring miR‐335‐5p increased thyroid‐specific gene expression and iodine uptake in cells and organoids.

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in
